Q: What happens once I've purchased my Azimuth support?

Existing user?

If you have logged in as an existing user and purchased Azimuth Support, a confirmation email will be sent to the email linked to this account. Once you have subscribed you should also be redirected to a page containing a summary of what you have just purchased, including the start and end dates of this subscription. 

Azimuth Support should now be added to your account. Log-in to your account to view the Support menu at the top of the page. 

New user?

Purchasing Azimuth Support as a new user is similar to when doing it as an existing users. Only difference being is that you will also receive an account activation email as well as the confimation email. Your account is created although must be activated before you can use it. Click on the link within this email and then Log-in to your account to view the Support menu at the top of the page.
